I would like to take a quick opportunity as we enter a new year to remind all homeowners the different payment options.
Payment Options
You can pay your assessment several ways: 1) Send your payments to the Columbia lockbox at Post Office Box 912, Columbia, SC 29202; 2) Go online to http://www.cmgcharleston.com/ and select “pay assessments”. If you have not already setup your account, you will need your account number noted above for this option; or 3) Set up ACH for automatic draft of your payments. Please be aware if you opt for this method, the payments will only be debited for a twelve (12) month cycle. Please remember that all assessments are due by the first of the month and considered past due after the thirtieth of the month.
If you have your payments set up on ACH through Community Management Group, you need to be aware that any outstanding balance will be debited from your account.

Enforcement Update
To keep the community aesthetically pleasing we are asking all homeowners to make sure all trash cans and recycling bends be kept out of sight. These receptacles should be kept in the spaces underneath the AC units in the alley ways or at the end of the unit. Thank you for helping us keep The Cottages Beautiful!
