Thanks to the Associations hard work Advisory Committee the community has a new Homeowner Directory. This directory provides name and address and personal contact information (if provided by the homeowner). Please be aware that many exterior modifications (fences,walkways,sheds,yard art, etc..) need to be applied for through the ARB process according to your Governing Documents. If you make any of these modifications before ARB approval you may be subjected to fines or removal.
Education:
As your Managing Agent I want to provide the association with a bi weekly community updates and important educational association information. This week's educational information deals with Pet waste. The association has received a few inquires about pet waste, so please take the time to review the following statement.
OH POOH!!!!Increasingly some of our neighbors have been “ingratiating” themselves with their neighbors by letting Rover leave an unwelcome deposit in someone else’s landscaping and flowerbeds. In addition to this not being a welcome “decoration” on others’ property, it is creating very negative feelings!
Our neighborhood rules prescribe against letting your pet use others property and also you are to pick up after your pet. Make use of your “Dog Poop Disposal Bags”, or use some of the endless supply of plastic grocery bags. Curb your pet and pick it up!
Until Rover can achieve this, we must pick up after them!
