Rules and Regulations Reminders

- On recent inspections it has been noticed that homeowners are riding ATVs and motorcycles throughout the community. Please note that according to the Wentworth Hall rules and regulations that these types of vehicles are prohibited in the neighborhood. Any homeowners caught in violation of this rule will be notified and fined. Please help us keep the neighborhood safe and aesthetically pleasing.

- Please review your copy of the rules and regulations to ensure that all the necessary maintenance is being done on your residence and all rules are being complied with. For example, please remember that on street parking is prohibited. This is to create safe passage for all vehicles and playing children. - Please look over your home for broke or warped fence boards, dirty siding, paint in need of refreshing etc..It is important the each and every homeowner take the time to make Wentworth Hall the best neighborhood it can be.

- It has also been brought to the Board's attention that on more than one occasion individuals have been caught swimming in the pond. For insurance purposes and the safety of the community there will be signs established at the pond indicating no fishing or swimming.
