Lennar will be hosting a homeowner event party for Wentworth Hall Homeowners on Sunday April 3rd from 1-4pm at the model home. There will be a jump castle for the kids and lunch for all. Please come out and meet your neighbors!! Please RSVP by emailing Tim Hass at Tim.haas@lennar.com.

- With Spring here many homeowners are wanting to install fences, landscape, and perform other exterior modifications. Please remember to go to HOA website at cmgcharleston.com to review your Governing documents prior to any of these types of installations. Many of these need to be approved by the Board.
