Dear Homeowners,
I hope everyone is enjoying the Spring/Summer weahter and the beautiful flowers. As you know there is a lot of congestion out at Wentworth Hall at this time due to the ongoing construction, and recently i have recieved numerous calls regarding the safety of the neighborhoods streets. Surprisingly, most of these calls are about the following issues:
ON STREET PARKING: Please note that on street parking is prohibited according to the rules and regualations. These rules are in place to give proper and safe passage for emergency vehicles, and to protect the neighborhood children. A new children at play sign will be installed at the entrance of the community as reminder to all to be cautious. Please help us by parking your vehicles in driveways or garages.
SPEEDING: Please slow down. Residential speed limits are 25 mph, so please make sure that you are not speeding and helping to make your community and family safe. Reports have been made about habitual speeders. These reports will be handed over to the County Police Dept. for further review, so please slow down.
